CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

These Cancellation and Return Conditions regulate the cancellation and return processes for digital membership packages purchased through the Caddesi Com Yazılım Reklam Organizasyon Ltd. Şti. platform at caddesi.com. All users (Businesses) who purchase services through our platform are deemed to have accepted the following terms.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

Our users (Businesses) can request a full refund by exercising their right of withdrawal without any justification within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase for the membership packages purchased through caddesi.com.

Condition for Validity of the Right of Withdrawal (IMPORTANT): To approve the return request and to exercise the legal right of withdrawal, the user must not have published any content under the purchased package. If the user publishes any content on the platform (starts using the service) using the "Event", "Product", "Service", "News Share" or "Campaign" modules in the Business Panel after the purchase, it is deemed that the service has commenced under the Distance Contracts Regulation, and from that moment on, the right of withdrawal and refund is eliminated. Businesses that have not published any content can benefit from this right unconditionally.

2. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION (NON-REFUNDABLE CASES)

Users who lose their right of withdrawal by publishing on the platform or who have completed the 14-day legal period have the right to cancel their recurring (monthly/yearly, etc.) subscription packages at any time.

The cancellation process will be valid for the next billing period, and no further charges will be made to your account. However, the cancellation process does not create a partial refund right for the current paid period. Your right to use your current package continues until the end of the relevant payment period, and at the end of the period, your membership will become inactive.

3. EXCEPTIONAL REFUND CASES

In the following exceptional cases, refunds may be made upon user request after reviewing system records:

  • A duplicate (double) charge has been made to the credit card for the same membership package due to a system error.
  • Due to a technical failure caused by the seller, the service that was successfully paid for could not be started/activated at all through the Business Panel.

All refunds (right of withdrawal or exceptional cases) are reflected to the credit card or bank account used for payment within 7 to 14 business days depending on the processing times of the payment service providers after the request is approved.
